Emily is an amazing therapist - her professional skills and experience are perfectly balanced with her warm and compassionate nature. I saw her for over a year and almost immediately felt comfortable talking to her - which is pretty unheard of with therapy. She's well versed in DBT and, in my experience, always adapted to meet me where I was at. She really helped me work through things and build skills to become a healthier person. I've seen a lot of therapists, and my experience with Emily was definitely the best with the most sustained results for me so far. She's relatable, professional and caring, and should probably get bonus points because her practice is super cozy and welcoming!
