ANXIETY & STRESS- FINDING CALM

Stress is a normal adaptive response to stimuli around us! However, panic, anxiety, avoidance and physical and emotional fatigue doesn't have to be your reality! We will work with you to develop a customized plan for relieving panic, anxiety and unhealthy amounts of stress. By learning a variety of simple stress-reduction techniques and cognitive behavioral skills, we will help you find inner balance and calm.

Often, the hardest part is reaching out for support.  When you're ready, We’re here to help you feel safe and comfortable. Whatever reason may bring you to therapy, we will work with you to understand your needs and be your guide towards self-improvement, connection, joy and balance.

We are trained in evidence-based treatment methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)mindfulness meditationArt Therapy and other cutting-edge integrative modalities to support you. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and take place once a weekly basis. The initial session is a biopychosocial interview to gather information on how we can best support you. From there, sessions will be focused on your needs and goals. We offer a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
