Victoria (Vic) Ingram, Associate Art Therapist

Vic Ingram (she/her/hers) is a dedicated Creative Arts Therapist, who will be a provisionally licensed in July of 2024. Her profound commitment to art therapy is founded on the principle that every individual possesses inherent creative potential. She firmly believes that engaging in artistic self- expression and sharing it within a supportive therapeutic environment can catalyze profound experiences of identity exploration, emotional processing and confidence building.

With prior clinical experiences, Vic has demonstrated her expertise in working with diverse populations, including young people and families at HeartShare Human Services, as well as middle school students at Counseling in Schools. Additionally, her extensive background encompasses facilitating arts education initiatives across all age groups with esteemed organizations such as Greenwich House, Free Arts NYC, and Harlem Children’s Zone.

Vic earned her BFA in Visual Art from Columbia University and completed her Masters in Art Therapy at the prestigious School of Visual Arts. She is committed to upholding a strengths-based, person-centered approach in her therapeutic practice. Vic meets clients with unconditional positive regard, adapting fluidly to their unique energies and needs. Whether through artistic creation, dialogue, or quiet reflection, she endeavors to foster a secure, nonjudgmental environment where clients can freely express their creativity in a manner that resonates with them and brings them closer to their goals.
